1. About the Site

CRF Parfums is a pre-launch fragrance brand. This Site is an informational and early-access sign-up page. No purchases are currently available. Product availability, pricing, and launch dates are subject to change without notice.

2. Eligibility

By signing up for early access, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Marketing Communications

By submitting your name and email address and ticking the consent checkbox, you agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from CRF Parfums, including information about product launches, exclusive pricing, and early access opportunities.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at privacy@crfparfums.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, brand names, and design — is the exclusive property of CRF Parfums and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written consent.

5. No Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CRF Parfums shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed USD $100.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

8. Prohibited Use

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. CRF Parfums is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE, except where mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

As CRF Parfums serves a global audience, we additionally acknowledge the following statutory rights and requirements:

• United States: These Terms shall be interpreted consistent with US federal law, including CAN-SPAM. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
• United Kingdom / European Union: Nothing in these Terms limits rights afforded to you under UK or EU GDPR. You retain the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
• Canada: These Terms are consistent with CASL and PIPEDA. Express consent is obtained before any commercial electronic messages are sent.
• UAE: We comply with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL).
• India: These Terms are consistent with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
• Nepal: We acknowledge the Electronic Transactions Act 2008 and handle data accordingly.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
